Description
Kumho Tire Co., Inc. (“KTCI”) Is recalling certain Solus TA11 tires, size 225/60R16. The tire tread may separate. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles."
Hazard
Tread separation may increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
KTCI will either refund the tire purchase price or replace the tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 3, 2026. Owners may contact KUSA's customer service at 1-800-445-8646 (Option 2).
