Inventory monitoring pilot

Know when something on your shelf is recalled.

Upload a product list once. WatchRecall checks exact UPCs and model identifiers against official recall records now and after every twice-daily data refresh.

1

Add inventory

Upload, paste, or enter a product.

2

Review evidence

See exactly which identifier matched.

3

Keep the link

The private dashboard refreshes with new recalls.

How do you want to add inventory?

Accepts native Shopify, eBay Seller Hub, Square, Ricochet, and SimpleConsign exports. Maximum 500 in-stock items.

Matching is strongest with a UPC or model number. Product titles alone are saved but never treated as confirmed matches. Your source file is parsed in your browser and is not uploaded or retained.

Free pilot. You receive a private dashboard link; automated email alerts are the next delivery step.

Ingestion options

The pilot starts with portable exports so we can learn which commerce systems customers actually use before maintaining costly connectors.

Available

Shopify product export

Upload the native Products CSV. Both current and legacy variant SKU, barcode, vendor, and inventory columns are recognized.

Available

eBay Seller Hub export

Upload Listings reports as CSV or XLSX. Custom label (SKU), item number, UPC, brand, MPN, and available quantity are recognized.

Available

Square item library export

Upload Square's CSV or recommended Excel export. Item, variation, SKU, GTIN, and per-location quantity columns are recognized.

Available

Ricochet / SimpleConsign export

Upload a current-inventory CSV using the native item title/name, SKU, barcode, brand, and on-hand quantity columns.

Available

Paste from a spreadsheet

Copy rows from Excel, Google Sheets, or an inventory system without creating a file.

Available

Manual product entry

Best for testing the matcher or monitoring a small number of high-risk items.

Next

Direct platform connections

Read-only Shopify, eBay, or Square sync becomes worthwhile after pilot usage shows which connector matters first.

Next

API or nightly SFTP

Best fit for larger operators that need incremental syncs and automated removals.
