Hazard
The electrical system may overheat without a ground, increasing the risk of a fire. There is also an increased risk of injury from electrical shock.

What to do
Dealers will install a ground wire, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 4, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9905661.
Product description
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Heartland Cyclone travel trailers and Cyclone fifth wheel trailers. The inverter may have been installed without a grounding connection.
