The top of the handlebar stem binder bolt may twist off, while being tightened.

Consumers should stop using these rechargeable vacuums immediately and contact Oreck for information on receiving a replacement unit.
Product description
The recalled A/C adaptor for ZipVac rechargeable vacuums is charger model U090010D that has two circular holes in its A/C's adaptor plug end.
Reported incidents
Oreck has received 22 reports of the charger overheating. No injuries have been reported.
